Marshmallow Pop

I made this for Jake’s birthday party favour.  It’s really easy and who can resist “Marshmallow+Chocolate+Sprinkle on a Pretzel stick!”  Too cute!

What you need

Marshmallows

Milk or Dark Chocolate

Sprinkles

Pretzel Sticks

Melt the chocolate in the double boiler.  Get one pretzel stick, dab a little melted chocolate on the tip.  Gently squeeze into the marshmallow (gentle…otherwise the pretzel will break! )  Make sure you do all the pretzel stick first and let it the chocolate set, so the pretzel will not wobble.  Once the chocolate has set.  Dip the marshmallow into the chocolate.  It’s up to you how much marshmallow you want to dip, I only dipped the top part.  Then, gently press it into the sprinkles.  Put in a clean glass until the chocolate has set.
